True Love Waits December 2019

Nationally known singer/songwriter, worship/retreat leader Lorraine Hess visited the True Love Waits club on December 16.

Hess spoke about how to grow in faith, so that when a time of testing happens, we can get through it with grace. She encouraged the girls to pray more, to read their bibles, and to help each other to keep the commitment to chastity. She also led the group in song.

The club officers are pictured wearing the new T shirt design. The shirt was designed by club vice president freshman Carlie Laurent. It emphasizes the message the girls are focusing on: we are worth waiting for, and we are worthy of love and acceptance because we are precious, irreplaceable, and made in God's image and likeness.
