Mr. Joseph Bordlee is the winner of Barnes & Noble’s My Favorite Teacher Contest. Senior Calli Nguyen nominated Mr. Bordlee by submitting an essay detailing how influential Mr. Bordlee has been throughout her high school education. Calli’s essay was selected as the winner among other entries submitted by students from schools throughout the local area. Faculty and family members of both Mr. Bordlee and Calli gathered for a reception in celebration on April 21 at Barnes & Noble in Harvey.
