College Softball Signing

Academy of Our Lady senior Gina Escude has been awarded an athletic scholarship to play softball at Southeastern Louisiana University. On November 13, students, faculty, staff and family were on hand to support Escude as she signed a national letter of intent to play at Southeastern Louisiana University. Escude was named to the Westbank Quarterback Club and first team All-District in 2018 and 2019. While at Southeastern Louisiana University Escude plans to study elementary education.
