Ashanti’s nominations entail Best New Website and Best Social Media Campaign. You can currently find Ashanti as on-air talent on FOX8 NOLA Weekend. She is also a digital content producer for FOX 8. The Academy of Our Lady community celebrated the Feast of the Immaculate Conception on December 8 with two social distanced Alumni Memorial Masses in an effort to accommodate everyone safely. Alumnae from Archbishop Blenk High, Immaculata High School and Academy of Our Lady were invited back to campus to remember and honor those members of the Academy of Our Lady family who have gone before us. Alumna Kayla Bell ’14 received the first ever Ochsner Rookie of the Year Nursing Excellence Award. Bell is a registered nurse working in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit at Ochsner Hospital.

The Director of Alumni Relations and Admissions Coordinator is responsible for the creation and execution of all alumni activities for Academy of Our Lady. The Director of Alumni Relations and Admissions Coordinator as a member of the Institutional Advancement Department must seek to further expand its institutional support among alumni, current parents, community supporters, and other extended friends of the school. The Director of Alumni Relations and Admissions Coordinator assists the Director of Institutional Advancement and Admissions with all admission initiatives including recruitment, events, scholarships and the application process.
