New Face on Campus

Javani G. Jones is an alumna of Archbishop Blenk High School with over 10 years of experience in public relations and community affairs.  She is a graduate of the University of New Orleans, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Urban and Public Affairs.

Mrs. Jones has recently returned to New Orleans after working in the Middle East as a Communications Director for the Department of Defense. Her professional background includes work as a political brand strategist, speaking for non-profit organizations on abstinence awareness, creating cinematographic content for external marketing, and hosting a pop culture radio show.

In her free time, she enjoys cross country traveling with her husband and one-year-old daughter.  She is passionate about documentary film making and is currently editing a series of personal mini-documentaries.

Javani is humbled to be a member of the Academy of Our Lady team and looks forward to utilizing the newly appointed role to increase the bond of sisterhood for the AOL, Immaculata, and Archbishop Blenk alumni community.
