Penguin Families

Academy of Our Lady has initiated a Penguin Family Program to help the students develop true bonds of sisterhood across the grade levels. The school is divided into 47 "families" composed of an adult and a mixture of students from all grade levels.  The "families" meet once a month, get to know each other, and engage in friendship activities. The program is the idea of Jennifer Capaci, Social Studies teacher at the school.
