Students brought in sneakers, sandals, and even stylish high heels for the Shoe Drive sponsored by the Spanish Honor Society.  The club collected shoes throughout the week of January 10 to 14 through boxes placed in each homeroom.  Homerooms competed for the honor of collecting the most shoes and also for the perk of a doughnut breakfast for the winning classroom.  Shoes collected in the drive were given to The New Orleans Mission, an organization that provides aid to the homeless.
