Anatomy Students Experiment in Class

Students in Mrs. Carol Lessig’s anatomy class recently put their lab skills to work. The students were testing different foods to determine if they could be classified as carbohydrates, proteins, or lipids. Students did hands-on observations, and in one section of the lab assignment, some of the foods were put in an oven and heated to a temperature that mimicked that of the human body.
