Tuition & Fees

Academy of Our Lady strives to make its education as accessible as possible. About 10% of Academy students receive scholarships or financial assistance. Parents also have the option of financing tuition through First Bank & Trust.

Registration Fee: 

  $550 (non-refundable)  

Activity Fee:  

  $150 (refundable only before the first day of school)

8th - 11th grade  

  $350 (refundable only before June 1, 2012)  

12th grade

  $250 (refundable only before June 1, 2012)

Building Fee  

  $25 (refundable only before the first day of school)

Senior Graduation Fee:

  $125 (due on first day of school - Book Day)

12th Grade:  $7,550

Upon acceptance, students will receive information about fees for the school year of enrollment. The non-refundable registration fee, the activity fee, and the technology fee are to be paid at registration. The registration fee, which reserves the student’s place at the Academy, covers administrative and enrollment costs. Those registering past the school's posted due date will be subject to late fees.  Those who do not finance tuition are to pay in full by the second week of May. Tuition does not cover miscellaneous expenses including, but not limited to: uniforms, club fees, class dues, books, class materials, and extracurricular activities.

Parent Partnerships
Families are required to participate in the Parent PARTNERship Program, which helps meet educational, extracurricular, and maintenance needs of the school. During registration, families complete a form that indicates their areas of interest.
