Scholarships
Academy of Our Lady offers scholarships to incoming eighth-grade and ninth-grade students. Eighth-grade scholarships are awarded for the eighth-grade year only. Ninth-grade scholarships are renewable throughout the high school years as long as recipients meet the requirements.
Scholarship Criteria
The minimum requirements to be considered for a scholarship
at Academy of Our Lady are:
- attendance at the Academy’s Application Day on Saturday,
January 8, 2011; - composite score of 80% or above by an incoming 8th grade student
or composite score of 90% or above by an incoming 9th grade student
on the test to be taken on Application Day; - 3.0 or higher grade point average in English, math, social
studies and science courses taken in the 6th, 7th, and (if
applicable) 8th grades; - good marks in conduct and no major discipline infractions;
- completion of the school’s registration deadline which will
be published on the website.
Scholarship applications will be mailed in early March to incoming students who meet the scholarship criteria.
