November 16, 2011 – Application Cards Due
Completed cards are to be returned to the applicant’s Catholic elementary school. Catholic elementary schools will send application cards directly to Academy of Our Lady, accompanied by students’ transcripts, standardized test results and first-quarter report cards.
Students who are not enrolled in Catholic elementary schools are to deliver the completed application card, transcripts, standardized test results from the two previous years and first-quarter report cards directly to Academy of Our Lady by Friday, November 18, 2011.
January 7, 2012 – Application Day
Application Day for prospective students is held on campus. Testing for high school placement is conducted on this day.
January 10-11 – Admission Interviews
Student and parent interviews are held at Academy of Our Lady.
February 14 – Decision Letters
Decision letters are mailed to all applicants.
Early March – Registration
Registration for new eighth-graders and freshmen will be held for accepted applicants.
Early April – Welcome Night
