Application cards will be available online at www.archdiocese-no.org, www.theacademyofourlady.org, or may be picked up in the main office of Academy of Our Lady.

Completed cards are to be returned to the applicant’s Catholic elementary school. Catholic elementary schools will send application cards directly to the Academy, accompanied by students’ transcripts, standardized test results from the two previous years, and first-quarter report cards. Students who are not enrolled in Catholic elementary schools are to deliver the completed application card, transcripts, standardized test results from the two previous years and first-quarter report cards directly to the Academy, or make sure their schools send the material to the Academy in time to meet this deadline.
January 8, 2011
Application Day will be held at the Academy. Prospective students will take the Explore Test used for placement.
January 11-12, 2011
Student and parent interviews held at Academy of Our Lady.
February 15, 2011
Letters of acceptance/non-acceptance are mailed.
Early March
Registration for new eighth-graders and freshmen is scheduled.
Early April
Welcome Night for new eighth-graders and freshmen will include the announcement of scholarship winners.
