Back To School Events
The AOL Student Council helps every student get excited to return to school.
Before school begins the 10-12 Graders participate in Poster Palooza. This a a time to get together as a class and design your class posters. Each class chooses a mascot for the year and designs a poster and class shirt. Whether painting a poster or planning a skit, everyone enjoys the times together. Poster Palozza is a great time for classmates to share summer memories and plan. for the new school year.
The Student Council Plans the 8 & 9 Grade Mixer. This gives incoming students a chance to meet and get to know each other. The new students are welcomed into our AOL Salesian Family with games, food and lots of fun. When school official begins, new students will already know where their classrooms are and have new friends to eat lunch with.
Welcome Back Week is a time to get to know each other and the new students a little bit better. Everyday during lunch the student council plans special games to help student meet new friends and have some extra fun.

Welcome Back Assembly introduces the theme for the year. Each class does a skit. The AOL and Shaw cheerleaders, dance team and flag teams perform. With plenty of penguin pride, the new school year is celebrated.
