Health & Physical Education
The Health and Physical Education Department administers a varied program of activities designed to develop in the students a positive attitude toward themselves as physical beings. In keeping with Catholic philosophy, the students are taught to respect themselves and others. The course of study allows the students the opportunity to acquire knowledge about life skills which will be necessary to achieve an appreciation of individual uniqueness, to promote physical, social, and emotional well-being, and to develop an awareness that will assist in achieving optimum health and physical fitness.
